Meet The Founder
Earnest
Mack
Growing up in the 60s and 70s, Earnest never considered golf—like many African American kids, his world revolved around football, basketball, and baseball. That changed in the early 90s when a client challenged him to a round. What started as a friendly dare became a lifelong passion, teaching him perseverance, confidence, and the power of community.
Now, Earnest is committed to introducing young African Americans to the game, not just as players but as future leaders in the sport. Whether pursuing a pro career or enjoying weekend rounds with friends, he believes golf offers opportunities far beyond the course.
